POPLA (Parking on Private Land Appeals) is a free, independent appeals service for parking charges issued by operators that are members of the British Parking Association.
How it works
- You must appeal to the parking operator first.
- If your appeal is rejected, the operator gives you a POPLA verification code.
- You normally have 28 days from the rejection to submit your appeal to POPLA online.
- If POPLA allows your appeal, the operator must cancel the charge.
Operators that belong to the International Parking Community use a different service, the Independent Appeals Service (IAS).
MyParkedCar is an information and referral website. Parking bookings and specialist services are provided by third parties.
